JumpCloud Go™ provides a secure and convenient way to access your protected resources immediately after unlocking your managed device. Once registered, you generally won't need to enter your email, password, and MFA every time you access your resources for up to 12 hours.
Prerequisites
- You must be working from a JumpCloud-managed device and logged into your organizational device account.
- You must use a supported Chromium-based browser (Google Chrome).
Part 1: Registering JumpCloud Go
You must register JumpCloud Go the first time you use it and anytime you change your password.
Step 1: Pin the Extension to the Toolbar
Pinning the extension allows you to verify it is active and access the User Portal easily.
- In your browser toolbar, click the Extensions (puzzle piece) icon.
- Locate JumpCloud Go™ in the list.
- This should be enforced by IT, but it’s good practice to verify.
